Mr. Nelson has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, dating back to his founding of North Preston Properties in 1982. A native of Geary, Oklahoma, Mr. Nelson attended Oklahoma State University after which he settled in Plano, Texas. In addition to being a successful broker, he has developed a number of projects. From residential lots and office complexes to golf courses, he has put his stamp on the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. On the flip side, he has developed ranch estates, including a working ranch in Southern Oklahoma. A history of past service includes membership on the Plano Economic Development Board, the Board of Trustees of Collin County Community College, and the Collin County Open Space Bond Committee, as well as President of Plano Rotary Club. Current activities involve membership in the American Hereford Association, the Oklahoma Hereford Association, the Southwest Cattleman’s Association and the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Hereford Association and the Board of Hendricks Scholarship Foundation. Always on the cutting edge of the market, Nelson strives to present a high quality product, served up with integrity. |

Angela B. Nelson

Following in her dad’s footsteps, Ms. Nelson graduated from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma and has accrued over fifteen years of experience in farm and ranch real estate. Her early efforts would eventually become the catalyst for the Farm and Ranch Division of Nelson Land and Cattle, headquartered in Plano, Texas. Currently in charge of day-to-day operations specializing in land acquisitions, Ms. Nelson has completed over $45 million in transactions. She has been a ranch owner herself and been in charge of several ranch estate developments. Ms. Nelson served on the Collin County Open Space Bond Committee, the election campaign committee for President George W. Bush in 2000 and 2004, and is a former member of the City of Plano Heritage Commission. Additionally, she is a graduate of Leadership Plano, Class XV and contributed her time and talent to the Plano Independent School District Mentor Program. Currently a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Texas Cattlemen’s Association, Ms. Nelson holds a real estate broker’s license for the states of Texas and Oklahoma. |
